1 Symptoms

If there is a password protected screensaver on the guest, the host is locked out after the screensaver starts.

2 Cause

ScreenConnect is unable to capture the login window from the screensaver. The login window exists as a different Windows desktop that ScreenConnect does not have access to.

3 Resolution

Version 1.1 and above resolve this issue by disabling the screensaver.
